The moment that decides everything

Most of it is decided by accident.

3.5 crorestudents finish Class 10 or Class 12 in India every year

Very few choose because somebody showed them the full map first.

Because it was closeThe college down the road decides it.
Because it was familiarAn uncle did it, so it must be sensible.
Because somebody said soA salary rumour, repeated until it sounds true.
What AI changes, and what it does not

Interest just became the safe choice.

~40% of jobs

Around 40% of jobs worldwide are exposed to AI — in every sector at once. But exposed means part of the work changes, not that the job disappears. That one shift changes what advice a student should be given. Share of jobs exposed to AI, worldwide · IMF, 2024

Average work gets cheap

In every field at once. The generic middle is where AI bites first.

So expertise holds value

Being properly good at one specific thing people need.

Expertise takes years

Thousands of unglamorous repetitions, long after it stopped being fun.

Nobody sustains that without interest

You can't grind for years at a choice someone else made for you.

Following your interest, to the point of real expertise, used to be the risky choice. It's now the safe one.

The programme

Four stages a student moves through.

The whole journey, not one session — each part stands on its own.

1
Abhiruchi
What draws you
2
Tapas
What it asks of you
3
Unnati
How you climb
4
Lakshya
Where you are going
Each part stands on its own — a student can begin anywhere and take only what they need.
Everything we do

One map, many ways in.

Take any one on its own — for a single student, a whole school, or a working professional rethinking their path.

One-on-one · most personal

Individual coaching

One student, with a parent present
  • What truly draws them, discovered properly
  • The paths that fit — and what each costs
  • Stream, course, entrance exam: a written plan
  • One clear next step to leave with

The heart of what we do — a plan built for one person, not a classroom.

Classroom programme

A class, a batch, an assembly
  • A structured three-session programme
  • Options nobody had shown them
  • A parents' evening, on request

Soft skills

Facing interviews & admissions
  • Speaking so people listen
  • The first ninety seconds
  • Applications, and handling a no

Talks & workshops

For students and your teachers
  • What AI does to each career
  • Which work is safe, and why
  • A separate session for teachers
The map we have built

More than 1,300 career pathways.

In plain language — what the work is, what it takes, what it pays, and which part AI takes first.

Written for your students

State boards, ITIs, diplomas, defence, agriculture, the arts — plus government routes through every sector.

An honest AI reading

For every path, which part is routine and which part stays yours.

Tuned to your state

Entrance exams, scholarships and anchor institutes for eleven states — Karnataka to West Bengal.

Beyond school too

Already in a degree, or changing careers? It shows whether to switch, study alongside, or add it later.

It lives online, so it stays current — a printed book would be wrong within a year.

Who stands in front of you

Two of us, and a bench behind us.

Narasimha Phani Gopala

Atul Upadhyay

Nearly ten years across multiple domains and stakeholders — a vast, grounded grasp of on-the-ground realities. From a smaller city himself, he runs the programme and knows the conversation at a student's dinner table.

And whoever else you need

Drawn to defence, agriculture, design, law or the trades? We bring in someone who has actually done that work.

How we hold ourselves to it

Four commitments we don't bend.

Options before advice

We show the whole map first. The choice stays with you.

In your language

Kannada, Hindi and English. Whichever you think in.

At a price a family can say yes to

Affordability is a design constraint, not a discount.

No child ranked against another

We measure you only against your own potential.
